How to Practice Self Compassion

Self compassion is an ancient practice, with current research to support its benefits. Practicing self compassion regulates your nervous system and helps you to feel better in your life and relationships.

I'll talk to you about the three qualities of compassion, as described by researcher Kristin Neff, and I'll share a Metta meditation for you to practice.
