Self-Love: You ARE Enough! Right Now, In This Moment.

TLDR: Learn a practice to teach your brain and belief system your true value and worth.

Today's practice is all about using imagery and mental shifts to change negative beliefs about yourself. In particular, the belief "I am not enough."

Stop yourself from thinking this thought by finally realizing that it's NOT TRUE! You are enough. Right now, you are enough. You don't need to lose weight, get a degree, find a partner, or buy a Tesla. You are enough as you are in this moment.

AND....once you believe you're enough (cause you are), it'll be easier to get these things you want. If you still want them.

You can create more self-love in your life, and it will change EVERYTHING about your world. You'll be more confident, appreciative, kind, and loving.

You may have to return to this practice a few times or, like me, many times. Take it at your own pace and remember: progress, not perfection.
