Today, we're discussing the four different relationship dynamics from Terry Real's couple therapy model: Relational Life Therapy.

In RLT, we can look at our dysfunctional behaviors along two axes, one for boundaries and one for self-esteem.

Relational health looks like adaptive and flexible boundaries, not too open or closed, and self-esteem that is the "same as" everyone else, not better than or worse than anyone.
