Your Brain Communicates in 5 Languages: Practice Self-Awareness to Improve Your Relationship

TLDR: You can build self-awareness and improve your relationship by understanding how your brain communicates (through behavior, affect, sensation, image, and cognition).

Many things will improve your relationship. However, self-awareness may be at the top of that list.

Without the ability to watch your mind and communicate what's happening inside of you, you will struggle to find deep intimacy.

Today's practice is all about increasing your ability to watch your mind. We'll discuss the five different ways your brain "speaks." In neuroscience, psychology, and therapy, these five "languages" are used to track neural networks.
